3. User Accounts

5. AI-Generated Content

5.1 AI Output Disclaimer

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate contracts, reviews, and recommendations. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and obtaining professional legal counsel for all AI-generated content before use.

5.2 No Attorney-Client Relationship

Use of the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal services. You should consult with a qualified attorney for legal advice specific to your situation.

5.3 Accuracy of AI Output

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated content.

6. User Content

6.1 Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display your User Content solely to provide the Service.

6.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and warrant that you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to upload and use such content. You agree not to upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights, violates privacy rights, or is defamatory, illegal, or harmful.

7. Subscription and Payment

7.1 Subscription Plans

The Service is offered on a subscription basis with different pricing tiers. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.

7.2 Payment

Payment is processed through Stripe. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

7.3 Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our refund policy. Refunds for annual subscriptions are prorated based on unused months.

7.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, and design, is owned by Legistry AI and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with third-party services (DocuSign, Slack, Salesforce, etc.). Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

10.1 Service Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEGISTRY AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Legistry AI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
